Built in Dresser. British Satellite TV with 30 Channels including Sky Sports and Movies, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 etc.

Sliding Patio Doors to Conservatory - Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board and Dryer.

First Floor

The front and side gardens have been fully tiled with pretty Spanish tiles and plants The Garden is planted around a fully tiled Patio area with Lemon and Orange Trees, white Oleander, pretty blue cascading Plumbago and various colourful Hibiscus. Once again, this is suitable for "al fresco" dining and sunbathing, there being a table and four matching chairs together with two Sun Loungers and Parasol.

The Villa is available for holidays March – October for a maximum of 4 sleeping persons.  Prices include water, electricity, fresh linen and towels. A departure cleaning and laundry charge of 35 Euros payable on arrival at check in.
Beach Towels are not provided. Smoking is only permitted in outside areas. Children accepted. No Pets accepted.

Rental Cost – 7 Nights

March, April, May, June, September, October - £200.00

July, August - £250.00

Longer Winter Lets for the months of January, February, November, December are available by arrangement.

Payment by Sterling Cheque -  made payable to
 “B. PARKER SMITH”.

A Damage Deposit of £100.00 sterling (unless otherwise advised) will be paid by the guest with the balance payment.  This amount will be held by Almond Blossom Properties as a damage deposit and will cover any damage to the property or furnishings, excessive cleaning or lost keys. The damage deposit will be  refunded within 7 days of departure
