We are Barry and Brenda, husband and wife team with lots of local knowledge, because we live very close to the areas where we are offering three holiday homes that are all personally owned and managed by us.
As local property owners we offer our modern houses for holiday rentals or longer stay winter letting. All our properties have access to swimming pools.
Some of our houses have large integral Storage Areas and Garages; these features are still somewhat of a rarity here in this part of Spain. If one is waiting for their builder to complete a house-build then a property with plenty of Storage and Garage facilities is very useful for accommodating your personal effects that you might be transporting from the UK to Spain.
A property on the Costa Blanca is a dream for many people and once you've visited the area, you'll understand why. As well as an excellent climate, the Costa Blanca boasts many beautiful Blue Flag beaches, superb sports opportunities, lots of festivals and lively nightlife. No wonder so many people are choosing the Costa Blanca for their Spanish holiday home!
A Costa Blanca property is a dream for many people. The area attracts around a million tourists every year – many drawn there by the beautiful beaches. The Costa Blanca, “White Coast”, has more Blue Flag beaches than any other Spanish Costa – a guarantee that they are clean, unpolluted and safe for all the family. The Costa Blanca has an exceptional climate: 3000 hours of sunshine a year, with an average temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, low humidity, and mild winters – you can live an outdoor lifestyle here all year round. The World Health Organisation has declared the area as one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world."
The Costa Blanca stretches for 170 miles along Spain’s East Coast – from Valencia in the North, to Murcia in the South – a coastline within the province of Alicante. Towards the Northern end of the Costa Blanca the terrain is rocky and mountainous. The land here is green and fertile, with the olives, lemons, oranges, almonds and cherries grown here exported worldwide. The coast road passes through beautiful Spanish towns and villages where you can find a typically Spanish, relaxed way of life. Towards the Southern reaches of the Costa Blanca the landscapes are less dramatic – you will find the largest palm forests in Europe at Elche, and the famous salt flats around Torrevieja.
Almond Blossom Properties are offering Resale Properties, Holiday Rentals and Long Term Rentals on the Costa Blanca. These are located in Villamartin-Las Filipinas, La Zenia-Cabo Roig, in the southern part of the Costa Blanca. There is something to suit all requirements and budgets. Whatever your dream – the Costa Blanca is a good place to start your search. For investment potential, the Costa Blanca is hard to beat. If you are considering buying to let, 12 months of sunshine and the family appeal of the region make year-round rental a real possibility.
The Costa Blanca is easy to reach from the UK. Served by two airports: Murcia San Javier towards the South, and Alicante's El Altet in the North there are flights to and from the UK on a daily basis. London to Alicante is about a 2.5 hour flight. It’s also possible to drive here from the UK – by ferry to France, then dual carriageways and motorways all the way until joining the main A7 motorway. The region is also well served with railway and sea links.
